Positive: The tables were not wiped off after people left. Tables were wobbly. Breakfast was good.

Negative: Parking is terrible. There is none except valet for $90 for two nights. Thankfully I was there on a weekend and only had to pay $5 for each night but I had to get up at midnight each night and renew it. We had to change rooms because our bathroom smelled like a sewer. Our new room was good, and we did not have any trouble changing rooms. The picture on their website is deceiving. The rats come out at night and run all along the building getting in the trash. They definitely need more carts for their guest and PLEASE fix the elevator. The wait for the elevator is terrible.

Summary: I will not stay here again. I traveled 1000 miles and paid $364.00 for a hotel that was just ok.

Positive: One particular staff member was rude, once we returned after the concert because we had ordered food and needed to meet the driver at the door. It was about 12-12:30 the night of 9/24-9/25

Positive: The breakfast was relatively good and varied. The hotel staff at reception and maintenance were very nice and courteous, except for one guy who was at reception when we arrived, but we didn't see him again and everyone else was great. We arrived in the middle of the week when street parking is limited to two hours and costs money, but we were still able to park on the street and save a lot of money on valet services. There is a convenient and free option to store belongings and luggage after check-out.

Negative: The cost of the hotel is a bit expensive compared to what it offers, but these are the prices in the area and therefore it is acceptable.

Summary: Very nice hotel in a relatively good area.
