Positive: The room was nice and big and had a big bed. Restaurant on site was good.

Negative: The pool area is nothing like the pictures, everything is a little shabby round the edges. Definitely not a 4 star in my opinion. The pillows were so bad.

Positive: The history of the hotel was neat to read about. The hotel has a classic charm. Our family enjoyed the roof top pool. All the staff from check-in, valet, and in restaurant were pleasant and helpful.

Negative: Slow broadband…Large hotels like this in tech hub areas need fast free broadband for their customers… it was like a dial up modem from the year 2000.

Summary: Awesome !!! Will be back, they just need to upgrade the basic broadband.
