Positive: Room space as well as the distance to station and bus stop.

Negative: Unfortunately, the refrigerator is a bit loud, as is the toilet flush, which also runs for minutes, which is not good, especially at night

Positive: The location is great, close to many restaurants and Hon-Atsugi station. Room is decent in size, there is even a small wardrobe there, which is good. There’s no iron, but I kindly asked for it at the reception and they gave it to me. Room was cleaned every day (trash bins were emptied, bed was arranged, sink in the bathroom was cleaned). They would even turn on the humidity-regulation device, so I would have a nice air when I arrive, which is really kind. Staff was kind in general. Despite some minor flaws, I would still recommend staying in this hotel.

Negative: It would be nicer if the staff knew english a bit better. Also, I could feed some kind of smell in the room…I would say like someone at certain point smoked cigarettes in there (if it was a smoking room at one point, in the past), and now even if the room is a non-smoking one, you can still feel the smell from before.

Positive: fancy hotel and very good breakfast, the room was clean.

Negative: the staff doesn't speak English very well but in some way it's possible to understand each other (like everywhere else in Japan so far)

Positive: Good breakfast and easy for parking if you have a car rented. Comfy beds but could do with more pillows😅 it was one per bed 😬. Overall it's ok and for smoker there are smokimg rooms

Positive: We like the location, it is in a nice quiet area and yet a convenient walk from the Train Station. This was our 2nd stay at this Hotel and it was another nice visit. I recommend the Breakfast before your head out for the day.
