Summary: Everything is wonderful at Hotel Tokai. The staff are the most wonderful people. Their services are excellent. The room is always clean. Beds are very comfortable and clean. The free breakfast is perfect. The location is also perfect, closed to the train station and safe to walk. We enjoyed our stay this year again! Thank you very much!!

Summary: Tokai Hotel is at walking distance from Hon-atsugi station, stores and restaurants are nearby. The hotel is very clean and felt very safe. Every staff is very nice, friendly, and made us very comfortable to be there. Free breakfast was perfect amount to start the day.

Summary: We traveled around Japan for 2 weeks, and this was by far our favorite hotel. The room was large by Japanese standards, with a small loveseat and table, and plenty of room to open suitcases. Everything was clean and comfortable. The lobby is very small as was the breakfast area. (2 tables) The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basically breads, a couple of cereals, and a few dumplings that you could take back to your room, but it was enough to start the day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Tohkai and would stay here again if we are ever back in the area.
