Positive: The staff are friendly and helpful. And the room was basically clean.

Negative: It might be only me but I felt a scarce smell of cigarettes in a no-smoking room.

Positive: Location was close to restaurants and transportation, public bath was fantastic with different temperature baths and a cold room

Negative: Staff was not adequately trained to speak English, Bed was the most uncomfortable I have slept on in my 3 weeks trip in Japan

Positive: Close to the station.

Negative: Very depends on which floor and which room you are going to stay. This time my room is facing to train side. I have been wakes up by the noise of the train from very early morning. Also, there is some noise in the room.
