Positive: The onsen was the highlight of this hotel. It was extremely relaxing offering a sauna, cold plunge and multiple baths. The breakfast was also packed with with variety. Also very close to train station.

Positive: Breakfast was good. There was a variety of food. The room is for a maximum of 2 people.

Negative: The overall cleanliness could be improved. The bed linens smelled of cigarettes and sweat. On the 10th floor, the bathroom in the room had an unpleasant odor. Furthermore, I asked a question about transferring my luggage to another hotel, and even with the translator, a receptionist at the time didn't understand my question.

Positive: The hotel was located three minutes from the Odakyu Railway - Hon-Atsugi station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The availability of coffee/ice water/hot water was nice throughout a day. They had free gender-separated sauna and public bath (You still get your unit bath with your room) with three different temperature was fabulous. You can get free small popsicles and between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m., you can get self-served savory rice porridge. Breakfast was an optional (1,500 yen).

Negative: None.

Positive: The staff was friendly and I really enjoyed relaxing in the baths and sauna. They also had many free amenities as well as free snacks and drinks which I enjoyed. They also had a soft pillow in the room which is greatly appreciated.

Negative: There were no usb outlets or chargers available in the room which was a bit inconvenient. While the spa baths were nice there wasn’t much changing space by the lockers so everyone was awkwardly trying to find space. Also the smell of sewage was strong in the bathroom in the room.

Summary: A few small inconveniences but overall great stay
