Summary: A joy to celebrate my husband's special birthday here. We enjoyed 3 nights of wonderful care and help from a brilliant, attentive reception team, especially Sara and Richard. Nikolai was so kind driving us to places to eat in the village in the evening. A special shout out for the young barman, whose name I didnt get, whose English is exceptional. The hotel is ideally placed for the village, the island and the Unesco Sacro Monte. The Couples Symposium in the Wellness Suite was a real treat. The two therapists were friendly and professional and gave us a fabulous treatment. The exceptional meal in the restaurant was the best treat of all, innovative, delicious.a wonderful experience, alongside a very good wine flight and excellent service.

Summary: There was some noise of people constantly walking around above us. We were in room 221. My wife was upset that she couldn’t sleep in the afternoon because of constant walking around above us. At night it was much quieter.

Summary: This place is better than any picture can illustrate. Every detail is attended to with perfection. The painfully intricate carvings on the stone, the antique furniture with bronze and gold plated accents, the antique style bath tub, the pink and yellow hue’ed chandelier crystals, the old pink and green marble on the bathroom wall. If you blink you’d think you stepped back into the 1800s. Such good taste was employed to recreate this place that seriously looks like you stepped into a dream.
