Positive: The location was great and the host was super helpful and eager to please. He picked us up from the parking structure and helped us with our luggage and dinner reservations! I highly recommend staying here! Lake Orta was amazing.

Negative: We had a wonderful stay. My ONLY complaint was that at 6’5”, the bed frame was just slightly too short. For 95% of guests, this won’t be a problem, and it wasn’t enough of a nuisance to keep me from staying here again.

Positive: As soon as you walk into Casa Longhi you feel at home, it is quiet and peaceful, with a lovely little balcony, where you can relax and listen to the birds. Everything you need is provided for, it is a happy place, set in a beautiful building, just a minutes stroll from the main square. The host, Nicolo, is genuinely a lovely person, nothing is too much trouble and you feel from the outset that he wants you to enjoy your stay. We would highly recommend Casa Longhi if you are visiting beautiful Lake Orta, honestly, you will not be disappointed.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like, everything was perfect.

Positive: From the booking to the check out it was a perfect stay. The host is really friendly and helpful, the rooms wonderful (clean, well equipped, the quality of the bed super). The Casa Longhi is just a few steps away from the central square. The room very quiet, we slept extremely well. The help from the host with the car parking is extraordinary. Actually, this is the perfect place to stay when in Orta San Giulio.

Positive: The apartment is in a 15th century building just steps away from the main piazza, but it was quiet. Everything is beautifully updated and works well: terrific shower, comfortable bed, a kitchen with everything you need. It looks just like the photos online (but even better in person). But one of the real highlights was our host Nicolo! He went out of his way to ensure we had a marvellous stay, even confirming gluten free options at the restaurants we had chosen in advance due to Easter weekend. He responded to any query in minutes and with friendly enthusiasm.

Negative: Nothing! We only wished we’d been able to stay longer.

Summary: An absolute gem of an apartment in the heart of beautiful Orta San Giulio that we hope to come back to one day!
