Positive: The staff is very attentive and helpful. There’s a nice backyard inspired by local architecture. The breakfast was nourishing. The hotel is in the city center, but at the same time lets you relax and unwind. I was also told that the hotel may help you with local tours - let them know as early as you can if you want to go see mountains, lakes and rivers, monasteries surrounding Kapan. Unlike many hotels in Kapan, it’s new, aesthetically attractive, and affordable simultaneously.

Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and to see if I needed anything. The place also is new, modern, and clean. The location is centralized, right next to the huge Davit Bek statue. I plan to stay here again the next time I'm in Kapan.
