Positive: This is the perfect place to relax. Very quiet place with nice views to the mountains. It's a simple place, but has everything one needs for a night or a few days. The B&B rooms are separated from the owners house which gives you privacy, but it's just next to it. So it's also easy to talk to them when needed. The beds were the most comfortable ones we had in a week traveling in Armenia. They had an extra heater which is important in the colder months. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The homemade peach jam was delicious! The owner's daughter was visiting which was great as she speaks English and is very lovely person to talk to. The check-in and check-out were flexible and easy. They provide towels and amenities for bathroom. Water was hot and good pressure.

Negative: Just something to be aware: the road up to the Tatev Monastery is paved and in good conditions. As you enter the village, where the B&B is, there is no paved streets. Only narrow, gravel roads not well maintained.

Positive: We stayed in a cozy house through some cold winter-days. The house is perfectly located to see the main attractions in Tatev and start trips in the surrounding area. The hosts were amazing and did everything to make us feel comfortable. I can 100% recommend staying there!
