Positive: Everything! Beautiful room and location. Delicious big breakfast with meat, cheese, egg dishes, bread, jam, etc plus tea/coffee. Wonderful garden and views. Friendly hosts. Clean room and bathroom. Plenty of parking on site. Easy to find. Air conditioner and plenty of plug sockets.

Positive: Close to Tatev town center. The guy on the gusthouse was very nice, polite, and attentive. He waited for us as we came very late from Yerevan. We got hot welcome drink and some good sweets too. We got the big room with garden and mountain viee, The breakfast was homemade but full of energy and we really like it.

Negative: No card payment available. No atm close by too. Luckily i had some USD on hand but the rate was bad. It was 320 when the market rate is 380.

Summary: Very good accomodation for a short family stay
