Positive: The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. All common areas were well maintained. Bed was comfortable.

Negative: There was no remote control to use the air conditioning. A box of tissues would have been nice. I didn't like receiving an email from them requesting that I rate them 10/10. I rate my experience.

Positive: Very convenient location. It was very neat and tidy. Recently renovated. The owners were very friendly and nice. Excellent accommodation.

Negative: Its on the highway so noisy at nights as trucks are passing.

Positive: Plenty of space in these rooms. Great value for money. Extra kitchen utensils for cooking. Big fridge. Free wifi. Parking spot right next to room

Negative: Looked like a bit of mould in bathroom shower area i would still visit again as it serves its purpose. Only stay 1 night due to sports in Mackay. 2 adults 2 teens
