Holiday Haven offers you the perfect Whitsunday holiday which has been designed to take advantage of the tropical weather where you can sit and enjoy sea breezes and beautiful sunrises. It is perfectly located with only 5 minute drive to the famous Northerlies Beach Bar and Grill in one direction and the heart of Airlie Beach in the other, where you can enjoy the Lagoon Pool, specialty shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and Airlie's famous night life.
Set on a private estate and built on three levels, the views from all areas of the home are outstanding – ocean to the front, rocks to the back and lush green established gardens on each side.
From the entrance level, you walk into a casual lounge area with a spacious kitchen and gas cooktop which is shared with 2 Queen bedrooms a bathroom and laundry.
Making your way up to the second level you are greeted with a large outdoor sun lounge area with adjoining pool and outdoor kitchen with BBQ, here the views continue across the bay where cooking becomes a pleasure. Sit and relax while enjoying the peace and tranquility. A stroll across the pool area and you are in the main bedroom with a king bed, freestanding bath and shower enclosed with floor to ceiling glass, bringing the outside in. From the master bedroom at night, you will be looking across the pool and the ocean to the lights of Airlie Beach – with so much privacy that you could be miles away.
The third level is accessed via an outdoor stairway taking you to a king ensuite bedroom and to the highest views across the bay, and to the Whitsunday Islands beyond.
The property has a double garage and driveway for a further 2 vehicles.

We spent most of our time in the swimming pool and having BBQ’s on the deck. The outdoor kitchen was a great bonus. Thank you to the staff at Whitsunday Holiday Rentals for all your help with tours etc. We will definitely be back next year.

Reviewer Comments: The house itself is stunning, with views that I could stare at for hours. The house itself was a little disjointed 2 of the bedrooms (with ensuites) not connected to the main house and had external entries.The house is not really designed for young kids or families with elderly persons with all the various levels and stairs. But can still work. It’s in a gated community too. So seemingly very safe, but couldn’t catch any of the courtesy buses unless you walked out or drove and parked your car outside the gate. Found a resident to be quite rude when we were waiting outside the gate for the keys on Arrival.It’s a 15minute drive from Airlie. Woolworths and Big W a short 2min drive away.

The place was stunning and away from the world. It was so tranquil. It was a perfect little getaway to catch up with our grand children and family. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Would love to visit again and honestly you don't even have to leave the house. The girls at the office are great too, we have booked a few places with them but this is by far my favourite.

The outdoor entertainment area was superb and we spent much of oue time enjoying the bay views' sun and moon rises. The quiet of the bush and peaceful sounds of the birdlife was exquisite. We absolutely loved our stay and it was sad to leave but we know when we are back in Airlie this home will be our choice of accommodation, too short a stay. PS. The kitchen is so well equipped cooking was easy..just perfect...
