Positive: A nice property close to the shopping centre. Lots of appliances such as TV, aircon and fans plus spa bath, BBQ, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, view of the mountains.

Negative: Noisy as cars and tradesmens utes drive up the steep driveway
