From two private balconies, you’ll enjoy peaceful resort surroundings and peek-a-boo Gulf views—perfect for sipping coffee at sunrise or winding down after a day in the sun. Inside, the condos feature fresh updates, including new cabinetry, counters, and appliances. Between the two spaces, you’ll have plenty of sleeping options with 2 king beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Summary: We had 2 families of 3. 2 kings forbthe adults and 2 twins for the kids worked out great. We rented both units 400 and 409. Worked perfectly. Kitchen could use some cookie sheets, cooling racks baking utensils. Nathrooms werengreat, nice view

Reviewer Comments: Lovely, clean and well equipped condo located between beach and tennis courts. Was very disappointed to learn that what is promoted as Tops'l Beach & Racquet Resort did not include access to the tennis facilities of which was the main reason we choose to stay here. The response from the rental company was that tennis courts were not listed on the VRBO site. We were able to play tennis elsewhere but at a cost of $50/pp. We were told the owner did have amenity access that we were willing to pay for but this owner did not want to add this for our convenience.

They were very easy to work with and getting in the unit was a breeze. It was a little walk to the beach, but with a wagon to help haul our stuff it was manageable.
