Summary: Home is beautiful, sitting on the golf course. More then enough space and bathrooms for everyone. The golf carts are a perfect addition to enjoy the neighborhood and everything Baytowne offers. The check in process was easy which I love.

There were a few things that were disappointing.We stayed from Thursday until Sunday. Someone from your office called Wednesday to say one of the golf carts had an issue - it was not ready until Friday afternoon. We were excited about the grill but found it had no propane. It took a while for the ice maker to work (one day).

Summary: Overall the property was great! We had a blast. It was myself husband and 3 adult kids and one daughter in law. There were a few things that need to be addressed with the house. The garage door needs to be serviced. Extremely loud. The upstairs thermostat can be set for 75 but doesn't go above 71 we believe because of the humidity sensor so it was quite cold upstairs. The tile floors were pretty dirty. They'd been swept but i don't believe mopped. Very minor things and did not effect our stay. Just for the future. Also not thrilled with the size of the pool and the fact there is little to no shade. The weather was very hot when we stayed so the water was bathwater and even warmer. I think the size of the pool was too small. This would probably make us pick another neightborhood in the resort down the road. The management team was fantastic and responsive!
