Love having the big golf cart to go to the beach, restaurants and store. The new pool is very close and heated. Communication from Modern Beach Vacation Rentals is just always a text away and they check in with you during your stay also! Thank you to them for making the check in and out very easy and thank you to the owners for sharing their property with us these past two years.

Golf cart was great and in good working order. We loved our stay in San Destin. Very easy access to the beach, groceries and lots of fun in the San Destin community. Staying in San Destin with a golf cart adds to the vacation experience! Property manager was very quick to respond via text message. Only thing we'd change was a bigger sliding door in master bathroom to fully block the view and to make sure the fridge was cool when we arrived as we stopped to get groceries on the way.

Summary: Very nice place! Our new favorite in Sandestin! Great location and the 6 seat golf cart is a win win as our Daughter and Family visited and we could all go places together. Has all the home away from home amenities needed to cook yummy seafood! Donna was wonderful to communicate with for check in and during our stay she was so kind! The white sand beach and everything the area has to offer is pure relaxation! Can’t wait till next year!! Oh did I mention the beautiful sunsets🌅
