Positive: Location was good. Was roomy and outdoors was great space for kids. The basketball goal football cornhole was great addition. Wish we had known about the grill/firepit in advance.

Negative: Being older house could use some updating. Little musty smell of being closed up. Beds were not very comfortable a little too hard for our liking. We were not there a great deal of the time since we weee there for dirt bike/4wheeler race. No tv in bedrooms and tv in living room not very friendly operating would be nice to have a basic cable service.

Summary: Worth the price and we would stay there again
