Summary: Quiet safe serene $ very reasonable. You have WiFi tv woods lake. They’ve provided board games & even a cornhole board. Clean well stocked from bbq grill to pots and pans. Local establishments have excellent food & pickle ball courts. Also there’s a cash only market you can get fresh veggies cheese butter etc. You’re close enough to Morganton and close enough for hiking adventures like Grandfather Mtn…it’s very centrally located to enjoy some of the prettiest site NC has to offer.

Summary: We stayed here to celebrate Christmas Eve and Day with my parents. The check in time was perfect as neither of us prefer to drive in the dark. The cabin was decorated for Christmas The beds were incredibly comfortable. We brought wood but the fire pit had plenty of wood. The hosts were readily available. 10/10 would stay again if available. r dark.
