Positive: The pools were fantastic, there were 2 to choose from, one shallower around 3-4ft that was ideal for lap swimming and one with a deeper 10ft end. I also really enjoyed the gym, and the location of the resort. It was an easy 1.5mile stroll to Tuacahn theater and adjacent to Snow Canyon.

Negative: Thought the room was pretty small, property is a little dated and learned no housekeeping unless you asked. Would have been helpful to know that at check in.

Positive: It was a very relaxing environment!! We loved the pool!! Much needed rest from the busy city life. The front desk staff was very professional and welcoming!!

Negative: It was hard to get to the ice machine. But that is minor we had a fridge .

Summary: The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome! They took their time to show us what other rooms are available

Positive: rooms and grounds were picturesque and invite guests to relax. Rooms are very comfortable; seating areas outside of rooms are lovely.

Negative: lap pool hours. I would have loved to swim before or after work/activities... gym area is missing a quiet stretching area. It was difficult to find a quiet place to do yoga inside (it was raining during my stay).

Positive: Check in was okay. The property is in a great spot. We paid over $350 a night for an upgraded room. The lights in the room were annoying, some burnt out. The trash from the previous guest stayed out front in a house keeping pile for BOTH days. I was starting to become concerned it was some hiker that wandered out. The restaurant was snobby and limited. The indoor pool was closed, the private hot-tub we upgraded for was closed. There was one tissue in the tissue dispenser, two towels for two nights, no shampoo. It seemed like there were a lot of short cuts for an upgraded room. I’ve been taken better care of in much worse accommodations.

Positive: The location is spectacular, nestled close to Snow Canyon. Free bike rentals Beautiful spa and pool area The restaurant and bar have a gorgeous view of the mountains and the gardens beside them made dining outside a treat.

Negative: For the price we paid we should have had daily housekeeping service. We called guest services to request towels, removal of garbage, and we got towels and they left the smelly wet towels and garbage. We ran out of soap and coffee, which were not replaced until we repeatedly asked for them. For a beautfil venue that is priced similar to other resorts in this area, this is unacceptable. Also, the chaise lounges by the pool are falling apart and need to be replaced. My daughter fell through one and she is NOT overweight.
