Summary: Our 3-generation family stayed in this beautiful home for a week in late July 2022. The home's architecture is dramatic, with large floor-to-ceiling glass windows looking out over tall red mountains. The house is very comfortable, with 4 separate bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The property managers were very responsive, both in helping plan for our stay, and during the stay when a couple of very minor issues came up. The house is well stocked with towels and miscellaneous supplies. It could benefit from having a few more kitchen utensils, like kitchen scissors and large ladles, but these are minor issues. We also felt the pillows were too thick, and an assortment of pillows of different thicknesses would be nice. Also, there is no community bathroom on the first floor, so anyone needing to use a bathroom, especially coming out from the pool, had to use the bathroom inside the master bedroom suite, which was on the first floor. The main downside to this house is that there is ongoing construction of new homes taking place immediately adjacent to the house, which we had not known about prior to arrival. On some mornings, the construction workers would start very early (7:00-7:30 am) and the work tended to be very noisy (equipment, loud music). These small inconveniences were offset by the home's beautiful interior, relaxing yard with pool, and spectacular views from every room. We had a great stay here, and everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Summary: We would allot 10 stars ********** if possible! When you combine our domestic and international travels over the past 15 years, we have rented over 75 vacation homes. Our Sentierre Padre Canyon home stay was, by far, the best vacation rental experience we've ever had. What sends it over the top is the Padre Canyon concierge team that goes out of it's way to ensure their guests relax and enjoy their stay. We were contacted by our hosts (Jessica and Natalie) weeks ahead of our visit to ask whether we would like to have grocery shopping done so that they could stock the shelves and refrigerator in advance of our stay. Our hosts also arranged our e-bike rentals, made dinner reservations, and even lined-up a professional chef prepare dinner in our beautiful home for us one evening. The process was seamless because of the support they provided. The home and surrounding area are more beautiful than the photos depict. Many nights, we felt like we had the entire canyon to ourselves. The home is extremely comfortable and is very well-provisioned. Among the many welcoming gifts provided by our hosts were: a beautiful and bountiful charcuterie tray, organic milk and 1/2 & 1/2 in the fridge, fresh ground coffee, and even ice cream in the freezer. Our hosts also welcomed our puppy with toys, treats, and even a special mattress to lounge on! Now that is going above and beyond!!! We felt totally pampered during our entire stay, something we've not experienced at any other vacation rental. Thank you Padre Canyon team Job well done!
