Summary: We choose this location due to its proximity to Snow Canyon and amenities offered at the casita. It is within minutes of the state park! It is also minutes from a grocery store and several nice places to eat. The casita itself was very beautiful and I particularly loved the spa like bathroom! We enjoyed having coffee on the patio. It is on the street side however we really didn’t notice the traffic. We were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub and workout facilities. Highly recommend!

Summary: Lovely quiet Enjoyed the proximity to snow canyon trails Friends stayed there We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The kitchen space was much much smaller than i envisioned…only drawback.

Summary: We really enjoyed this casita in a small quiet gated community near Snow Canyon State Park. The owner was super responsive and easy to work with. We took advantage of the community workout room, hottub, and pickleball court as well. The casita seems new with a large bathroom with tub and shower as well as washer/dryer. The kitchen area is small but worked for us. We biked in to Snow Canyon several times for hiking and also biked to the Chuckwalla trails and to Ivins Unity park for tennis. The location of the casita is ideal. And the nearby FeelLove coffee shop is the bomb.
