Positive: I stayed with my family. Loved the wonderful location and pool. Buffet was nice and reasonably priced. A nice place to chill and relax between the hills.

Positive: It was one of our favorite stay at Sri Lanka 🇱🇰 The room was very comfortable, clean, very well equipped. No to mention the location and the view, it was absolutely amazing. The staff was very friendly

Negative: I did not enjoy the food that much, it was good but definitely not the best we had, I would say 7/10. It is worth to mention that food selection was really good though.

Positive: This might be the best hotel location we’ve ever stayed at around the world. The views from this property are second to none.

Negative: The hotel and rooms are in need of maintenance and repairs. Separating laminate floors, interior exterior paint all could use some help,

Positive: The location was stunning.

Negative: The hotel is very tired and worn out. We were firstly allocated a triple room with no aircon and only one window, that looked out into the cliffside. There was a small view of the falls. We checked our booking confirmation which confirmed we had booked a double with aircon. We visited the reception desk twice to ask for the correct room. Luckily, the manager was there on our second visit and he found us an alternative room (306) which was beautiful, if a little worn out. Otherwise all staff were, as is always the case in Sri Lanka, very happy and kind.

Summary: Excellent location, very tired venue.
