Positive: The place is very close to Ramboda Falls. There is a nice cafe as well. Hotel staff are really amazing and super friendly.
Negative: We booked three double rooms and one family room. One room has a nice view, but we received another one. The rooms are a bit dusty, we booked the family room, but it had a bad smell, so we had to switch to another double room. Overall, the price is not bad.

Positive: Breathtaking view, friendly staff and a great room. It was exactly what we needed after a full day of traveling.
Negative: It was a bit loud. Our room was underneath the restaurant, they kept moving tables and chairs in the morning. Also our neighbors were very loud.

Positive: The rooms were beautiful, we were given an upgrade to a room with a view of both the water fall and the reservoir. Absolutely breathtaking and great to watch sunset! The food was some of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka, and the hotel is so peaceful. It’s walking distance to Ramboda Falls and a short TukTuk ride to tea plantations. Highly recommend staying here!
