Positive: Location is near the airport. Has shuttle bus going to MTR.

Negative: No compliment like free toothbrush, no mineral water, there's perculator and tea but no coffee, creamer and sugar. No table. No soap and body wash. No bidet. No floor mat.

Positive: The location and value for money was extremely good. The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean very well.

Negative: The beds were like sleeping on a rock unfortunately, which made it difficult after long days out and about

Negative: Sometimes on occasion when the coaches arrived from the mainland, the lifts were crazy, hussle & bustle & shouting. But that could be fun to watch as well.
