Positive: I liked the view from our room-it was so lovely. The front desk staff named Simpson was so kind and allowed us to check in an hour earlier than the scheduled time.

Negative: The AC in our room was not cold enough. A staff named Emily was unhelpful; during our stay there was a typhoon and I could not get any ride other than uber. I asked for assistance in booking uber and she callously just said no, she can't help me.

Summary: The hotel is a bit far but there's a complimentary bus that takes you to the nearest train station.
