Negative: We were early booked adjoining connecting 2 rooms, but when we checked in, they given us not connecting rooms, which deducted points.

Positive: The room is spacious and they always make the room and change towels.

Negative: The smell of the toilet after flushing has a very bad odor. I think it’s the drainage. The location is very far from the tourist area but very accessible with the bus stations.

Positive: Hotel and rooms was ok and acceptable for its price. The location is not an issue as we took Uber throughout the trip. But to reconsider if mainly using train. Check in check out were average without any concerns. We can also leave our luggages and take them in the evening.

Negative: Room 801, after coming back to room, always smell the cigarette smoke in the room, especially in the toilet - very strong smell. Can hear voice from room next door, especially when leaning on the bed tops.

Positive: Helpful staff, shuttle bus to and from Kwai Hing MTR station, water pressure in the shower, mini fridge.

Negative: The hotel doesn't have teabags and coffee granules in the room anymore. You have to ask for them. The smart TV doesn't really work (cannot watch YouTube unless you cast your phone on screen). The last shuttle bus from MTR station departs at 22:45, a bit early. The bed is a little hard.
