Positive: Great location for the central business area. Tidy and well run hotel to Radisson standard. No other comparable hotel in Bandar Seri Begawan.

Negative: Not really a luxury hotel, and a bit quiet and lacking in atmosphere mainly because it is in the Bandar area. Pool area not as inviting as could be.

Summary: Good hotel which does the job for a business trip to Brunei. Would definitely stay there again.

Positive: The rooms were very comfortable but the highlight was the service. It was up there with the best in the world. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. They patiently took time to make comprehensive recommendations for local transport, food and sightseeing and to ensure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would love to stay there again.

Negative: The decor was a bit dated. The restaurant was comparatively expensive however the food was high quality and the service there was also amazing.
