Positive: Good for families, spacious rooms, and very convenient facilities. We liked that the staff were nice and helpful. The location was very convenient because there were restaurants and a grocery store in the same building. Parking was free and there was plenty of space. The hotel also offered a free airport shuttle both ways. We stayed in the two-bedroom apartment, which was comfortable for families or a group of four. There was a small water park and a free full breakfast as well.

Negative: We did not like that public transportation in the area was not reliable (not hotel's fault as this is the case in Brunei), so renting a car was necessary. Booking.com also listed a sofa bed in the room, but it turned out to be a regular sofa.

Summary: Good for families, spacious rooms, and very convenient facilities.

Positive: The breakfast is not in the hotel but in the shopping complex two floors down. It is OK but not great. More or less what you would expect in Brunei for a hotel in this category.

Negative: I had a rented car, so the location was perfect: spacious parking place, and centrally located for all directions in and around Bandar. But guests who don't have their own transport would be quite isolated here, although there are a few shops and a very good supermarket in the complex.

Summary: Good value: very spacious room, impeccable facilities, easy access to shops, plenty of parking space
