Positive: The bed, washroom all good.

Negative: We were charged for additional breakfasts that we did not consume, simply because we didn’t inform them of a cancellation. However, it should have been clear that we were not present or seated during breakfast.

Summary: In summary, the charge seems unfair given that we did not attend breakfast and it was evident we weren’t there
