Our home is fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, coffee/tea, and other amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Pets welcome if approved - $20/night/pet. Please enquire.
NO smoking of any kind indoors please - penalty of $150 if ozone machine is required for next guest. All smoking must be done outdoors.
Pets are welcome! Pet fee of $20/night per pet will be requested separately a couple of days before your arrival. I'm open to discounts for smaller breeds or longer stays. Please keep all pets off of the furniture and pick up any messes outside prior to departure. Doggy bags are available.
If at any point you loose the keys to the house or lock them inside please contact Cheryl immediately. We will do everything possible to assist with gaining access, in the event a locksmith has to be called and a $150 fee will be required.

Summary: This property was well represented by its listing on VRBO. I made a few recommendations to the property owner concerning some carpenter bees that prevented using the outdoor deck to its potential, but I would not hesitate to recommend this property. It was excellent for a week's visit with family in Brockport.

Summary: This was my first time using vrbo or staying anywhere other than a hotel and I had a wonderful time. We had a dirty blanket and the owner had a new one quickly delivered (there are a lot of other blankets in the home so this was just an extra ounce of kindness). Having the kitchen really helped when we were cooking for both a wedding and a celebration of life this weekend.

Summary: Even though we were over 5 people the owner was gracious to allow all 6 of us. The house was immaculate, close to Dunkin', and communication was pre-emptive and thorough.

Summary: Because of family emergencies, we needed to stay in the area longer than planned. The host quickly found us this well-appointed, warm home and was extremely helpful in permitting us to add another night when we made an error in our booking.

Summary: This house was very clean and well maintained. Its clear that the owners also take good care in decorating this property. Since it is on a main road, there was a bit of increased traffic noise during the weekend. There are goid reataurants nearby.
