Summary: Everything was fine… the breakfast is always great … was able to use the gym… another adjustable bench would be great in case 2 people are in gym. Only negative thing I can say is some of the chairs in room are worn down and should be replaced. My chair had stains on it and the other chair was worn and had rips …. Other than that. Great stay as usual

Summary: In town for Brockport event for our Grandson who is a sophomore. Normal stay at Hotel all went well - First night stay $202.00, second night was quoted at over $400.00 and did not stay for second night.(not right to price gouge) Moved to the Best Western for the second night with same accommodations including free breakfast for just over $200.00. Next time will stay at the Best Western both nights, as he has two more years.

Summary: Room is advertised as "sleeps 5" , we had 3 children and two adults. The room onky had two queen size beds, when we asked for a roll away cot or something we were told no. We were told that it was not allowed due to fire codes. The ice machine on our floor did not work. There were no towels in the pool area, when we went up to the front deak to ask for towels for the pool area, they onlybgave us three and said we had to share because they needed to wash a load of towels. Our room only had two rolls of half used toliet paper.

Summary: The room was comfortable and as described. The pool and gym were clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
