Positive: Breakfast was OK. I liked the coffee bar with the 4 different options.

Negative: On the second day, only our bed was made by housekeeping; the bathroom was not cleaned. On the third day, nothing was done in our room; bed not made & bathroom not cleaned. It was 8:15 pm by the time we got back that third evening. I went to front desk, but the woman just told me to let manager know in morning (which would be when we were checking out). I had to get a box of tissues from her as we were totally out. When checking out, I told the manager about this, & she said they were short-staffed & that is why room wasn't cleaned/ only every other room was cleaned. Considering how many rooms had DND signs on their doors, seems as though could have done our room. She also said if we had let them know, they would have made sure our room was cleaned. Since we didn't know beforehand our room wasn't going to be cleaned, how could we let them know?? We left at 8 in the morning & weren't back till about 8:15 at night. there certainly wasnt anyone there at night to clean. It really is unacceptable that we weren't given a credit. Part of the room rate is having daily housekeeping. We shouldn't have had to pay full price. If they were short staffed, then they had a lot less labor costs overall.

Summary: Disappointed with how much we paid considering didn't get full service.
