Pura Vida is a darling, stylish, comfortable and fun beach home in the oceanfront Shorepine Village neighborhood of Pacific City. This is a townhome with an open, spacious kitchen, dining with large table and eating bar, and living room with gas fireplace at the entry level. The upstairs has 3 comfortable bedrooms including a master with a full bath, and fun bunk room. The beach is a quick walk along the paved pathways. The garage is available for guests and has bikes for the kids and adults! Nicely stocked for a family holiday, there are games, toys and books for the kiddos.

2 bedroom townhome. Garage is available. Main level entry has nicely stocked kitchen, large dining table, eating bar, living room with comfy furniture and gas fireplace and 1/2 bath. There is a nice sunny back patio with hot tub & BBQ. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and full bath with shower. Another bedroom with queen bed. And cute twin/twin bunk room with kids toys and TV. There is a full bath with tub in the hallway.

Shorepine Village is conveniently located close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Two miles of paved walking paths that interweave through the Village of small grass covered dunes, pine thickets and seasonal wetlands. Shorepine Village is an award winning area of traditional beach homes built in harmony with the natural environment. Centrally located between Kiwanda Shores and Cape Kiwanda, this new beachfront neighborhood is set among the dunes and snuggled down behind a grass-covered fore dune. Shorepine Village is maintained with pride and governed by strict CCR’s for the enjoyment of all who visit or live in the area.

Summary: Everything was clean and you can't beat the location! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, and the path to the beach was just behind the house. The home would be a perfect spot for a weekend getaway with your spouse or partner, but there was plenty of space and accommodations (towels, toiletries, dishes, etc.) for groups or large families. The hot tub was clean and private on an adorable back porch. We traveled during the winter, so we didn't use the grill or any of the recreational equipment (like bikes and beach chairs) but it all seemed to be in good condition. I'd definitely recommend this home for a stay any time of the year!.

Summary: The house and location were excellent! The beach and view is amazing. What a wonderful place to spend the week of Christmas with my family and make lasting memories. The locals were just as amazing, very friendly people and welcoming. Coming from the east coast to spend time with my son (also east coast) and my daughter and niece (live in Portland) it was a trip we will all remember fondly. The house was perfect other than some heating and kitchen issues which we let the rental company know about, not much more to complain about. Do be cautious of the check out time. They moved it up an hour which we were able to meet just in time. I would definitely recommend to others.
