Positive: The location was great, the shampoo and soap smelled amazing. There was a nice big couch in front of the gas fireplace. Place was pretty clean except for the couple things mentioned below.

Negative: The inside of the cupboards were dirty. The shower curtain in the laundry room was dirty.

Summary: Small, comfortable house in a nice lacation.

Positive: The house was very comfortable. We got in late and the instructions provided to enter was easy to understand. We had very good sleep as the bed was very comfortable. For cooking I used the oven and stove and had no issues and they had most basic cookware. The property was close to Cape Kiwanda and was blown away by the scenery. You have beaches, sand dunes and hiking options to climb to the top which we did. We definitely come back again.

Negative: Just noticed the shower curtains in the bathtub gets stuck and probably needs new rings.

Summary: Only down side is we wish we stayed longer!

Positive: The property was great overall 10 out of 10 I would go back to the surfbird again went there for Mother’s Day for a Mother’s Day getaway was fantastic. Recommended.

Negative: Didn’t like how there’s not much around it and you have to drive 30 minutes to get to a grocery store or something like that

Positive: comfy beds and pillows, clean throughout, the fireplace was great, and there were 2 bicycles in the garage, even though it was too cold and rainy to use them, a nice option
