Positive: Nice house with a great open-floorplan kitchen & living room. The wrap-around sectional couch was super comfortable and my family had a nice time in the evenings talking, snacking, playing games & watching TV. The bedrooms are fairly spacious and comfortable. Free wifi was reliable & great. Pacific City itself is a gem & the home is walking distance from everything in town.

Negative: The home does not have direct beach access, sadly. You do have to walk along a semi-busy road for a while before you can get to public beach access. There is no air conditioning, which isn't a problem 98% of the time on the Oregon coast, but if you're unlucky enough to be there in a heatwave, plan for discomfort. A patio grill would be a nice addition.

Summary: A delightful home in one of Oregon's most beautiful coastal villages.

Positive: The location was great, the shampoo and soap smelled amazing. There was a nice big couch in front of the gas fireplace. Place was pretty clean except for the couple things mentioned below.

Negative: The inside of the cupboards were dirty. The shower curtain in the laundry room was dirty.
