We'd love to have you enjoy our newer constructed home (completed Feb. 2017) 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home located in the Kiwanda Shores gated community of Pacific City! This new construction home is just a 4 minute walk and two blocks from a long stretch of beautiful sandy beaches ready for exploring! The house sleeps 8 adults comfortably.
Main level living includes a large, open floor plan. The living room features a propane fireplace, large sectional and vaulted ceilings, all open to the dining area and kitchen. You will find a cozy and relaxing atmosphere while you watch your favorite show or movie on the 65" curved TV. The master bedroom features a king bed, walk in closet and private en suite bathroom. Additionally you will find two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. On those pleasant summer days, relax on the back deck or paved patio while dinner is cooking on the oversized stainless steel BBQ. High end finishes include granite counter tops, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances.
Upstairs, you'll find an oversized loft room and full size, private bathroom. Loft features a full size bed, twin bed, and queen hide-a-bed sofa with a memory foam mattress. This provides a great space for kids to hang out and watch a movie from our collection or Netflix or play video games on the Xbox 1s or Wii.
Additionally, enjoy the arcade, foosball, air hockey, or a game of pool in the garage. Beach toys and a few chairs are available for your day trips and bonfires on the beach. We have also provided a BOB jogging stroller for the little ones. You're within a quick walk to the beach, the Pelican Brew Pub, coffee shops, and the Kiwanda Market. Additional Info: Extra wide driveway allows for parking three vehicles (can put a fourth across the bottom of the driveway on the gravel if needed). No street parking is available in Kiwanda Shores.

Summary: Kids (and us) enjoyed the game room, upstairs loft with video games/movies, and the big table for puzzles and poker :) The layout was nice as there weren’t very many stairs and everyone was close by but had their own spaces. The only negative I had was no door on the kids loft (where they slept) so if we were watching a movie downstairs, volume had to be kept low. Heated floors in the bathrooms were a treat! Wii remotes needed batteries (we went and bought some - didn’t see the ones in the laundry room til we were cleaning up). DVD player remotes didn’t work great (probably need new batteries). There is a huge closet of games and puzzles and diploma, which was fun. Fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds/pillows. We pulled the chaise lounge from the bedroom out into the living room for additional seating.

Summary: Great floor plan in exceptionally clean house steps from the beach. Easily accommodated our group for a Dory Boat excursion out of Pacific City. House had everything we needed and hosts were very communicative and helpful. We would definitely come back again. Highly recommend this property.

Summary: We had a great time in Pacific City and this house was perfect. The open kitchen, dining & family room were perfect for keeping everyone around each other, but allowing everyone to spread out. The garage should be called the fun room. We had fun playing pool and foosball, and my nephew loved the gaming console - almost too many games for him to choose from. We also loved that the house is a very short walk from the beach access.

Summary: This is a wonderful home. The owners have thought of everything to make a visitor's stay delightful. I was very impressed by their forethought about what a visitor might need. The kitchen is stocked with everything in terms of plates, cups, glasses, pots and pans, and other utensils that you might need during your stay, for both adults and kids of all ages. The furnishings are very nice, complete, and comfortable. The "game" garage and 2nd floor game room were great for our older kids (ages 8, 10, 13, and 15). Fun for the adults too! The only thing that could make this rental better is to put it right on the beach, but it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. This is one of the best houses I have ever rented through VRBO!

Summary: Four old friends gathered for a reunion ... we had a great time! Property is very clean, kitchen is well stocked, bedrooms all very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the foosball, air hockey and pool table in the garage. Would stay there again.

Summary: We celebrated a birthday with a 2-night stay with various family members. The family with the little kids had the loft upstairs, which offered privacy and space. The in-laws appreciated the garage full of entertainment and fun. The beach wasn’t a far walk and was beautiful. This was perfect for what we needed! Thank you!
