Positive: Lovely bungalow, which had quiet private 'jungle' balcony and comfy seats. Fabulous rice paddy view through the other side, SUPER comfortable beds and lovely bed linen. Friendly staff, lovely pools, and great location.

Negative: Restaurant was lovely, food fine, but needed more local flavour, more herbs and a bit more variety. And be aware there are a LOT of steps, not the best place for people with knee problems.

Summary: Lovely bungalows, great views, friendly staff, good quiet location, loved the pools and views.

Negative: The lunch food was below expectations and they begin to clean our bedroom even if we didn't checked out yet, forcing the entrance to our bedrooms entering by the windows

Positive: Where do I start?? Location is 15/10, or more! So gorgeous and clean. Well-kept buildings, two gorgeous pools, a great restaurant, and very nice rooms - all connected by beautiful jungle paths. Ours had an INCREDIBLE view and felt private while still close to everything. The staff were all very kind, patient, and helpful! A few speak English and from the moment of booking they answered all my questions, informed us of local tours, helped us rent a motorbike, suggested spas & restaurants, and generally made sure we had a great time! They just charge everything to your room, so convenient. There was even a nice traditional performance during dinner on Saturday night!

Negative: Really nothing! Any small stuff that came up was quickly resolved by the attentive staff. They were making some repairs, but it did not affect our stay and barely disrupted the peace.
