Positive: The owner (Mr Zoom) and staff at Oh Pu Luong were the best part of the stay! So warm, friendly, and welcoming - we loved having dinner with them. One of the highlights of our trip. The room was great and the beds were really comfy.

Positive: The beautiful location and comfy private stilt rooms with widows to the fields. Free upgrade from dorm to private & then from private to double room w/ Aircon. We had the experience of getting stuck in the heaviest typhoon to hit Vietnam this year. It was scary, but Zoom remained calm & kept us fed, filled with rice wine & cozy. Fed up breakfast lunch & dinner all with the cheap price of the room. Really authentic Homestay in the beautiful Pu Luong region.

Negative: Nothing. Except the typhoon. But what better place to be than huddled up with fellow homestayers? Thanks for everything Zoom.

Positive: We arrived and were immediately welcomed by the owner. Even though it was late, he personally prepared a delicious dinner for us and made us feel completely at home. We loved spending time with the other guests and the wonderful people from the homestay. There is no need to pre-book activities, as the homestay offers a wide range of options that were carefully tailored to our preferences. Everything was arranged with such care, which made our experience even more special. We can definitely recommend this place. Our stay went far beyond expectations and was truly unforgettable. We could not have wished for a better place to discover Pu Luong.

Positive: Got a free upgrade to a private room and unexpectedly was also provided with authentic Vietnamese lunch and dinner, not just breakfast. The staff were so kind and welcoming and the views are stunning.

Positive: We stayed one night at this magnificent homestay. The place is beautiful with an exceptional view of the rice fields. The location is excellent for exploring the area. The family who runs the homestay is very helpful and can help organize day trips. The owner invited us to dinner with his family, and we had a wonderful evening together eating traditional Vietnamese food. The room was large, spacious, and clean with a view of the rice fields. The bed is traditional Vietnamese, so it's firm. A fantastic experience. The owner speaks English.

Positive: I have been traveling all around the world and is probably one of the best experience I ever had Pu luong is a beautiful place and oh pu luang is a must do if you're there. Solo traveler you must go and get lost in rice fields the owner will give you good advise to go, and for group travler he knows how to give the best experience of this place, I saw him bring people discover the best vue 1 day is not enough, is so much to see, I have been 2 days and I still feel I miss so much... Even if it was the best I saw in Vietnam so far 👌 Is also a English speaker with is not the case all around so he can help you to set up your visit

Positive: Very lovely owner - took good care of me while travelling solo. Spent one night there and it was a very authentic, wholesome experience. Amazing views from the dorm room & the balcony! Make sure you get up early to see a beautiful sunrise :) Also was just by myself in the dorm which was great. The busses to Ninh Binh and Hanoi depart right in front of the homestay which is very handy too. As it’s hard to get around in Pu Luong it’s probably best to book a tour to see the waterfall, villages,…
