Positive: The staff is very nice, especially Thuy (reception) who was kind and always ready to help. The hotel overall is charming, with a magnificent view above the rice fields + a nice swimming pool. The food is good!!

Negative: There are some small downsides: - the bathroom had a shower in the corner without a shower tray so whenever we took a shower, lots of water was on the ground and did not drain fast enough. We also could smell the sewage from the drain. - hotel located at the bottom of a sloping street (but good location in Pu Luong overall) so the taxis must wait at the top of the street. Not easy if you have lots of luggage’s and the bellboy (who’s really nice) is not available. Overall it is a nice hotel, it just needs some quick fixes :)

Positive: -Beautiful property with lots of lush plants and foliage surrounding rooms. -Big clean and comfortable rooms with great facilities (e.g private pool). -Helpful and friendly staff. -Generous and varied breakfast available everyday. -We had a very early check out (5am) to get to the airport for a flight and the wonderful staff prepared breakfast for us even despite us leaving so early and made sure they helped us carry our bags up the hill to our taxi - brilliant service.

Negative: Only thing we would have changed is that the private pool in the room is not very private as hotel staff occupy the space throughout the day, so we didn’t use it much at all. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Positive: First of all we would like to thank every single member of Hanasa staff becouse they made us feel at home (or even better). Hanasa is heaven on earth all surrounded by an incredible flora. It is maybe the best hotel we have ever been in. We stayed in a room with private pool and everything was superb, very clean and so confortable. Very good quality WIFI and stunning view from the room. Its restaurant -in which we had breakfast, lunch and dinner- was also amazing. They also managed us transport from and back to Hanoi in a very confortable bus and a great tour through Pu Luong. As I have said: càm ón, Hanasa… we will never forget you and we will stay here whenever we are back in your beautiful country.
