Summary: I enjoyed my 4 night stay , the room was quiet, comfortable and clean. Barb thought of everything a traveler may need. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, nicer than home! I loved the throw blanket when I was reading on the bed. The entrance was secure and I felt safe at night. Communication with Barb was great and she is very responsive. I will definitely stay at this VRBO next time I’m in Bakersfield.

Summary: This is a smallish single bedroom. I was alone, and it was perfect for 1 person although 2 people would certainly be comfortable in it. It was absolutely spotless and complete - bathroom, very nice TV, ceiling fan, sink, refrigerator, coffee maker and supplies. I checked area hotels which were quite expensive if they were of the same quality. The amenities of a luxury hotel don't matter to me. I expect to visit Bakersfield annually and will definitely book it next year.
