Summary: Breakfast was in a bistro next door which was closed on the day we stayed. Staff was very friendly and helpful

Summary: They are remodeling then hotel. So, there were hallways blocked off and the security door by my room wasn't working which would require a room key to get in after hours. Also, there was trash in the parking lot including a metal bucket. Sadly, breakfast wasn't included.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at thise hotel. The room was very clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were peaceful and beautifully manicured with numerous ponds and waterfalls. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and it is located near great restaurants in a very nice part of town. We will definitely come back again on our next visit to Bakersfield!

Summary: Nice place to stay that’s currently undergoing renovations. The staff was very friendly, and it fit well within the budget. Some improvements that would enhance the experience include adding an elevator, providing luggage carts, replacing the carpet, and doing some general interior painting. The outdoor pool area is amazing, with gazebos and plenty of places to sit and relax. The hot tub was down during our stay due to maintenance, but the pool area itself was still a great feature. There are also food spots and bars nearby, and the area felt safe to walk around—I didn’t notice a large unhoused presence. Overall, the rooms were nice and spacious, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who understands it is still in the remodeling phase.

Summary: We only stayed one night. The staff member on check in wasn't very helpful. On of the reasons we booked here was for the Bistro so we didn’t have to find somewhere to eat ..... it isn't open for dinner. Room had everything we needed. Bed was nice and comfortable

Summary: No laundry available, apparently it burned down. The breakfast situation was a bit sad. The breakfast room was dim and very dated. There was one very nice lady waiting on everyone. The food was good though. The pillows in the rooms are fluffy but uncomfortable. Being your own pillow if you can. The phones in the rooms don’t work either. The staff was very friendly, got to give them that.
