Summary: The room was clean but very outdated. The mattress was worn out and noisy. The wood flooring needed repair work. There were pieces missing and it was all scratched up. The desk chair was an old hard wooden chair. And the only double bed with a fridge was upstairs.

Summary: Everything was okay I was very comfortable the room is clean. My only complaint is that check-in was at 3:00 p.m. I even spoke to the lady at the front desk prior to me getting there I wasn't able to check into about 3:45 almost 4:00 because the lady that I spoke to decided to take a break at 3:00 so on the hottest day of the year I had to wait in my car for her to get back there was no apology nothing. It's people and businesses like that that really make it hard people like me there's no one to complain to you have no other option but to get the room you can't get your money back and they know that so they use it to their advantage and I think that's very cowardly.

Summary: Staff let me into the lobby to check me in, and told me that the lobby was closed. Didn't tell me about the ammity or pool hours. Found a old covd 😷 under the bed
