Enjoy a private apartment on 19 acres just outside of town. Peaceful setting allows you to enjoy the views of the mountains, while still being close enough to town to not miss any convinces.
Apartment is very simply decorated and maintained to allow guests to have a peaceful vacation at an affordable price. While we do have a Smart TV, and DVD player no internet is available at this time.
Located close enough to the Four Corners and mountains to enjoy the best Colorado vacation experience. Within 45 minutes you can be in the Colorado Mountains or in the New Mexico dessert. Nearby attractions include San Juan Mountains, Boggy Drawl Trail System, Mesa Verde, Four Corners National Monument, Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad, and much much more.
While pets are welcomed for an additional cleaning fee please be cautious and always keep your pet on a leash while outside. We do have children, chickens and sheep on the property. And while they are fenced it is still required that animals be on a leash to protect our livestock.
Check in is after 4PM, and Check out is at 11AM. While we will consider early/ late check in arrangements on a case by case basis nothing is guaranteed. Please communicate with us if you desire a late check out time.

Summary: When you walk in it feels homey and welcoming. The place is decorated so simply you don’t feel cluttered or overwhelmed. We had everything that we needed. We will definitely stay again.

Summary: We had the nicest time staying at the barn. It was everything they said it was. The finishes were basic, solid and everything worked perfectly. We walked out each morning to the animal pen (100 yards or so from our back door) and really enjoyed watching Leo (the Shepard dog) taking care of the sheep and chickens. It was spacious and comfortable.

Summary: Very lovely, quite, and spacious. Enough for a couple people or a few more. Directions were easy with great communication with the owner. I would definitely stay here again and again!

Summary: The hosts were welcoming, and kept the drive clear through over a foot of snow! My kids enjoyed seeing the animals and playing in the snow. The rental gave us plenty of space and the kitchen was convenient to cook in.
