Summary: The room was great. Breakfast would have been better if the room was warmer. Even my coffee wasn’t really hot. The food was good as was the service.

Summary: The rooms are dated. Furniture is funky. The resort is convenient to downtown as well as the mall. They have a nice coffee shop and the food in the restaurant is good. Parking is convenient. Prescott Resort is typical for Prescott. None of the hotels in town are great.

Summary: The indoor pool was what we went for, it was big & empty, but also the worst indoor pool in Prescott. The chlorine smell was stronger than the ymca and it was really run down. It was dark in there no lights in pool so it was hard to tell how clean it was. Didn’t seem like the filter was running. I got in but didn’t stay long afraid my hair might turn green from the high chlorine. Drywall peeling everywhere. Room was ok, bed comfy, room service breakfast was good with prices matching avg restaurant, though the room had no table so it was awkward eating on laps. I compare all the indoor pools in town for winter getaways, so now we know what this one is like. Won’t go back. Most hotels offer free breakfast, there also wasn’t a microwave for leftover dinner.

Summary: had to get 4 different sets of card keys for room, i finally told them its probably the key reader on the door itself not the key, ill send someone right up. i waited and waited no show. had to keep inserting card up to 20 times before it would take and i could enter my room. Tv is pretty old and not working that great lots of old items about the hotel needs to be updated some here and there

Summary: got to our hotel room and called to help with tv and immedialty accused of vaping by maintenance/manager. this man has the worse customer service, personality. other staff members were great and seem to understand one we mentioned what was going on with their manager.
