Summary: When I checked in, the staff was quick but very rushed and not friendly. When I got to my room, the temperature was 83 degrees! I called the front desk and they sent up a maintenance worker who reset the unit and it started to work but was loud the rest of the stay and I had to turn it off and on again several times to work. The pool is in need of a complete overhall - dirty and dingy. Disappointing.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had an amazing view from our room. The building could use a little maintenance and a few upgrades (bathroom faucet leaked during use and a crack in the ceiling), but everything overall was comfortable and nice.

Summary: This is our second stay at Prescott Resort and we were very pleased. Our large king room was roomy with a comfortable bed and nice sitting area. It was very clean except for a leftover washcloth from the prior party that stayed. I don’t know if they’re cutting back on the housekeeping staff but they do not come in your room even though we had a 3 night stay, so no making the bed, tidying up or dumping trash cans. You need to set your can outside if you need it emptied and same with replacing dirty towels. We are all about conserving water so we did reuse towels. We ate at both restaurants and food was always tasty and the servers were excellent. They are very welcoming and eager to please. We will definitely return again!

Summary: My husband called the room we had bougie, lol. I guess it kind of was. When we walked into the room there was a small sofa that looked like it pulled out (we didn't test it), a small tv mounted on the wall, a small refrigerator, and a cabinet. There was also one of those doors that connects to the room next door (not a fan of that so much, haha). Then in the middle is the bathroom area that lead into the bedroom with a king size bed medium size tv mounted to the wall, some drawers, and cabinets, night stands. Best of all the balcony was decent size and was very enjoyable. Not many outlets though, but that is manageable.

Summary: It was a great hotel. Nice, friendly. Casino was fun! Pillows and beds could be updated. Little uncomfortable. Showerheads could be updated. Overall I would definitely stay here again.
