Summary: Excellent 99 year old historic hotel with a friendly staff. We had an amazing dinner at the hotel’s Peacock restaurant & returned for a perfectly prepared breakfast. The room was spacious with 2 televisions, desk, table with 2 chairs, leather couch in the sunroom & a very comfortable bed. Definitely 5 stars.

Summary: The room was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Given the age of the hotel, the rooms are a bit cramped and the bathroom sink is in the room and not in the separate bathroom. If you are looking for more accommodation in your room (ie... couch, desk, chairs). This might not be the hotel for you. However, the overall condition of the Hotel is well maintained and its very close proximity to Whiskey Row and other locations in downtown Prescott make it an attractive choice. The price point is very reasonable.

Summary: The hotel was recommended to us from a couple of friends. The out door area was very nice, with a live band. They did offer free coffee in the room, though no other breakfast items in the lobby. The old elevator was pretty cool, but it was hard to find someone to man it when we wanted to leave. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom sink and mirror were in the bedroom which was a little inconvenient to use in the middle of the night. All in all, I have to say, it wasn’t worth the cost.

Summary: Very clean room. Live music at night. Very pet friendly. We did not have our Dog, but next we will bring him. We did hear some dogs bark a little and their happy barks when they were taken outside. Staff was great.

Summary: Charming Hotel. I can't speak to all the rooms. I had a room with two double beds. The sink was in the main part of the room, not in the bathroom, where you would find it in a modern hotel. The shower was a very small 3x3 space. If you're not used to historic hotels over 100 years old, just beware: this is not a modern hotel. I like the charm, but I felt very cramped; they had way too much furniture in my room.
