The property boasts a fantastic outdoor space with a warm fire pit to sit around, propane grill, and outdoor dining. The bungalow is recently remodeled with an all new kitchen with new appliances, bathroom w/beautiful marble tiled shower, new windows, washer and dryer, and marble floors throughout. Plus, get fantastic sleep on the brand new Luxury California King Saatva mattress.
The bungalow is a separate guest house on the property - the owners friend reside in the front home. Guest have their own fenced private outdoor space and entrance accessed via the alley. The bungalow has a one car garage that is perfect for parking or storing your outdoor activity equipment and gear.

Summary: Well maintained rental property, decorated nicely, and furnished with plenty of homeware to make it a great place to stay for a lengthy stay. Walking distance to courthouse and Whiskey Row. Garage parking is a plus!

Summary: The location was great and an easy stroll to downtown, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops and local events at the square! The garage is convenient and fit our mid-size SUV easily. Unit was spotless, bed was very comfortable, kitchen had lots of amenities and overall the stay was relaxing for my husband and I and our 65lb dog. Only item to note - Fence is a bit low on the one side and the gate is only secured by a magnet so couldn’t leave our dog outside unattended as he was strong enough to push the gate open and could hop the side fence if he wanted to. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Summary: Although it took us a moment to find the property, everything was spotless and well decorated. The bed and pillows were comfortable which is something we cannot always find throughout our travels. We had a wonderful time, exploring the town and experiencing new places. I felt safe and would certainly return!
