If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart. If other guests are coming or going on the same day, check-out from the apt. is at 11am and check-in is after 1pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.

Summary: … location is great if you like the Mexico City vibe neighborhood style experience. If you are after the main attraction and which make Buenos Aires unique it’s a bit out of the way. Property and host were top notch!!

Summary: We wanted to stay in a Palermo Hollywood location within a certain radius and this unit was a good fit. The main room and half bath on the first floor felt spacious - and the expansive city views made the space seem larger. The loft upstairs was roomy and the closet area and full bath made the space work for us. Functionally, the apartment was great. We ate almost every meal out, so we did not give the kitchen a workout, but the unit had everything we needed. Check-in was easy and the property team responded right away and remedied a minor issue quickly and conveniently. The neighborhood was interesting and we found cafes, restaurants, shopping and services (wash, dry & fold) close by.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights in this clean and modern apartment. Marcelo greeted us on arrival and gave us some good tips on the area ,it's services and amenities, and also info re the apartment. Amazing view from the apt. and great location for restaurants, bars etc., also close to subte station. Very secure with 24 hr concierge. Ba4u also happy to organise airport transfers etc.- a very professional organization. Would highly recommend.

Summary: We had a great time in BA staying at this condo. Amazing view. Great security. Clean and modern room. It was within a few block walk to great food, drink, shopping and casual stroll down the beautiful tree-lined streets!!! My 2 small issues: the maid never came as was promised(we were there for 9 days) and the small couch was pretty low to the ground. Again very small issues. We felt like it was our home and hanging on the balcony alone was worth every penny!!!
