Location Location Location! Featured as one of the "Top 10 Coolest Streets" ranked by Time Out Magazine in 2021 and featured on CNN's travel guide as one of the "coolest streets" in the world coming at #10. This newly renovated condominium is located in one of the best locations in Buenos Aires. Walk to Don Julio one of the only Michelin rated restaurants. Nino Gordo is located in the same block featured as one of the the Top 50 Latin restaurants in 2023.
I invite you to experience my 'home away from home' designed as a luxury apartment, not your typical rental. Large (690 sq ft) one bedroom apartment in Palermo Soho (Thames and Costa Rica) comfortably sleeps 4 adults. All the furniture and artwork I've personally selected. The apartment features custom lighting, made to measure furniture, unique wall textures, rich wood floors and custom artwork by local artist Javier Herrera.
It is the perfect place to stay and enjoy the many restaurants, cafes, and shopping in the exciting neighborhood of Palermo Soho. Palermo Soho is one of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Buenos Aires and you will be right in the heart of it. Numerous Restaurants including French, Sushi, Argentine within one block. Grocery Store and laundromat is one block away. There is a bus stop on the corner and a 5 minute walk to the subway stop in Plaza Italia.
The kitchen features granite counters, stainless appliances, wine storage, microwave, under counter lighting and a bar with bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen includes most cookware, glasses. pots, pans, if you wish to prepare your own meals. There are many restaurants within a 1 block radius in addition to the highly rated Nino Gordo.
The living room offers a Phillips 32” flat panel LCD TV. The sofa converts to a full size sofa bed with sheets and pillows so the condominium could be used a two bedroom, if needed.
There is a small dining area as with a bar style table and four Italian bar stools. The condo has been designed with those in mind who might wish to prepare their own meals. Palermo Soho has the best dining in the city, but you'll appreciate the large kitchen and ability to make your own meals if booking a longer stay.
The private bedroom has a queen size bed, two night stands, a reading light, safe and large closet. I chose a Simmons Beautyrest Spa pillow-top mattress for the queen size bed.
The bedroom opens up to a large 5th floor balcony overlooking the street below. The balcony is very enjoyable year round as you are right at the tree tops. This was always my favorite spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine at night. And don't forget to check out the 8th floor terrace with views of the city.
The condo has a full size modern bathroom with sink and vanity, toilet, bidet, and a shower/tub combination. It features extra storage behind the mirror. All sheets and towels are provided.
Located in a newer building with well-lit contemporary entry, secure entry system, a modern elevator, and a terrace on the 8th floor with sweeping views of the city from 360 degrees.
There is cable, high-speed WiFi internet, and weekly maid service included. We offer extra assistance with check in and check out times as many international flights arrive in the morning and depart at night. We can also arrange an airport pick up with our own driver. My apartment manager speaks perfect English (as well as spanish) and is available to assist with recommendations.

Summary: Communication was key throughout with the owner and Manager of this apartment.This was my first time in Argentina and they took care of the airport transportation, welcoming package of goodies and amazing help from the Manager Guillermina. She is God-sent.The place is in the heart of Palermo that allowed us to move within walking distance all over the place in that neighborhood. Night time is not bad unlike in other areas where people just party and you can't catch a good night.I think as a starting place, it was ideal specially with the monumental help from Guille on places to go, money exchange and culture there. I can't thank her enough. I miss Argentina.Thank you Jeff for everything and your communication at the drop of the hat.

Summary: We loved our stay in Palermo! We stayed with my husband, myself, and our teenage son and it was a perfect amount of space. We really appreciated having the AC in both the bedroom and living room areas! The porch was so nice and peaceful! We loved the area- super safe and walkable. Our host was incredibly helpful before and during our stay! And she even met us super early in the morning after our flight! Would highly recommend!

Summary: Spent almost a week at this apartment. Both owner and manager were highly responsive to any need. Very helpful. We happened to have a couple of issues which were promptly attended and resolved. Apartment is comfortable, clean and well furnished. Location is near everything in excellent neighborhood.

Summary: This location is a wonderful location near several restaurants all within walking distance. We had arranged a pick up with the owner from the airport to the condo and he was respectful, courteous, and convenient. I would highly recommend this pick up as the addresses in BA can be confusing and may lead you to the province address. Guillermina was AMAZING and so helpful throughout our 11 day stay here. Many great recommendations for food and things to do. I will definitely stay here again!

Summary: Everything the ad says about the property is true, and then some. Great property manager. Convenient maid service for longer stays. Huge gym around the corner costs $35/month. Supermarket on the next block. Laundry service a half-block away (about $3 for a bag of laundry, $6 for same-day service). Restaurants and shops all around. Couldn't have been more satisfied!
