Negative: Location a bit out of the way, no facilities nearby. The nearby pub is up a steep hill. You will need a car to get around.

Positive: Clean, comfortable, quiet, central to rest of Lakes. Park 2 mins away from cottage with good dog walks and kids well equipped play ground. Pub with good food 10 mins away neighbours very friendly recommended vacation cottage.

Positive: A beautifully presented home with everything you could possibly need for a holiday home and more! All the rooms were very spacious and we made use of both the breakfast bar and dining table for meals. The kitchen was fully kitted out with cooking utensils and crockery so we could easily make our own meals. The child of our party loved the attic space with a football table and games to play as well as a big screen TV for movie time. The house was well equipped for our dog, with a utility room and safety gates as well as an enclosed garden space. Location was great for exploring the lakes, we also loved Grange over Sands which was only down the road.

Negative: Nothing really that we didn't like, the house is right on a roundabout junction so just needed to be careful of traffic when leaving the house with children and dog! Only 1 parking space by the house so any additional cars will need to park on the road, there were plenty of spaces for this just around the corner
