Negative: Towel rails can’t switch off which makes the property hot when it’s 30 degrees outside! You will need to bring shampoo and shower gel as not provided

Negative: It was good stay with traditional house but the owner is so rude and ill manner when we forgot to remove bedsheets and didn't put it for washing where he wanted us to do ....so I paid 500 pounds for 3 days not for my relaxation infact to follow his cleaning instructions really ruined the whole feeling in the end

Positive: Super easy collection. I was sent a phone number for the hosts and messaged on the day of arrival to arrange collection of the keys. Response was quick with easy instructions to collect the keys

Positive: The cottage was spotlessly clean and had a well equipped kitchen . Lovely to have an open fire . It was an ideal base to explore the lake district.
