And with its prime location in the Tatum Highlands neighborhood, you'll have easy access to all the attractions and activities Phoenix and Scottsdale has to offer.
Close to Desert Ridge Shopping Center, Scottsdale Quarter, Many Great restaurants and perfect location for Barrett Jackson or The Waste Management Open.
Living Room: This large room offers contemporary furnishings including a sectional couch, accent chairs, 60” Smart TV, and a decorative fireplace (non-operational). This area offers plentiful natural light and high ceilings, as well as access to the backyard.
Game Room: This fun game room offers a Smart TV, plenty of arcade games and a high-top game table with seating.
Kitchen: The gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight with stainless appliances including double ovens, lots of counterspace, island with a prep sink and bar seating for two, and a walk-in pantry. There's also a convenient built-in desk.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family getaway in Arizona! Plenty of space and the games were fun! Our only complaint was that the pool wasn't heated enough when we got there. We still enjoyed hanging out by the pool.

Summary: Property was exactly as listed. Beautiful home. Great outdoor space. Neighborhood was nice and there was a playground a couple blocks away. Only downside about the property itself was that there was no shallow end in the pool (stairs go directly to a deep end). You could tell it was run by a property manager rather than a homeowner. We got different answers each time we contacted them ahead of our stay and when we contacted them with questions during our stay the people answering phones didn't know the property at all so struggled to help. Everything was an extra charge

Summary: We stayed at Desert Ridge for 9 days and really enjoyed it. The property is as nice as the pictures and extremely clean. We particularly liked the game room and the backyard. When we arrived at the property I had not received the door code yet. Turns out that I had missed several emails that went to my junk folder. Linda (caretaker) and Josh (management company) were kind and patient and helped me get it squared away in a few minutes. Thanks to both of them.

Summary: The home is spacious, kid and adult friendly, and Josh the property manager ensured we had all we needed to feel comfortable and taken care of. Pool was so refreshing and my (almost 2 yrs) daughter loved swimming. We grilled one evening and enjoyed the alfresco dinning experience. Would highly recommend!!

Summary: Amazing Home and Wonderful experience! The property was just as the listing describes and the house was full of so many amenities. The kids loved the game room with all the different arcade games, the backyard was even better with the outdoor games (Corn hole, putting green, etc), and the pool with the waterfall feature was just what we needed before summer ends. We will be coming back!
